Recently Youth2Industry College conducted its 2024 Orientation, and we were so excited to welcome Project Rockit to present to our young people.
Project Rockit is a nationwide grassroots movement of young people, united to build a world where kindness and respect thrive over bullying, hate, and prejudice.
“You already have everything you need today to start making the positive change you want to see in the world.”
Students walked away having identified their own values and heard the values of peers, building an appreciation of different beliefs and perspectives; developed the confidence and resilience to take positive risks to do what they believe is right, even through tough times; and students have reflected on their ideal society and explored the individual actions that they can take to make a better world a reality.
